Suspended for five (5) years by order entered July 21, 1994, retroactive to April 18, 1991, the
date he was immediately suspended for conviction of a serious crime, plus an indeterminate
period thereafter ending upon his release from prison. He entered a guilty plea in Criminal Court
to conspiracy to sell unregistered securities. He also entered a guilty plea in the U.S. District
Court to mail fraud. Both convictions resulted from Kennedy's operation of oil exploration
ventures.
