Suspended for four (4) years by order entered April 30, 1987, retroactive to February 10, 1987,
the date he was suspended by the Supreme Court after he was convicted in Criminal Court of
three counts of sexual battery. He was given a 6 year sentence, suspended, and granted
probation for a period of 6 years conditioned on his receiving psychiatric counseling and
treatment.
