HAMILTON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
On July 18, 2014, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated H. Owen Maddux to the practice of law.
Mr. Maddux had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on August 9, 2013, for a period of nine
(9) months. Mr. Maddux filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee
Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c) (2014). The Board found that the Petition was satisfactory and submitted
an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
