GUAM LAWYER PUBLICLY CENSURED
On January 8, 2016, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order of Reciprocal Discipline publicly
censuring Jeffery Lamont Warfield. Mr. Warfield, who is licensed to practice law in Tennessee but has been
living and practicing law in Guam, was publicly reprimanded by Order from the Supreme Court of Guam
entered September, 4, 2015, for diligence, competence and communication issues related to the representation
of two (2) clients in criminal cases.
A Public Censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorneyâs ability to
practice law.
