The above complaint was ï¬led against Mark Anthony Kovaoh, #20841, on attorney
licensed to practice iaw in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn.
Sup. Ct. R. 9, the Boafd of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on
September 19,2014.
Mr. Kovoch practiced law while his license to do so was suspended and engaged in
provocative and aggressive behavior towards another isWyor during a court recess â.
By the aforementiooed acts, Mr. Kovaoh has violated Roles of ï¬rofessionai Conduct 5.5
= (unauthorized practice of law), and 8.4(d) (conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice)
and is hereby Publicly Censored for these violations.
