ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This cause is before the Court upon the Affidavit of Johnny Von Dunaway, of
Lafollette, Campbell County, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of
Tennessee. Johnny Von Dunaway is subject to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the
Supreme Court of Tennessee, pursuant to Rule 9 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of
Tennessee.
It appears to the Court that Johnny Von Dunaway has delivered to the Board of
Professional Responsibility an Affidavit in compliance with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 15.1.
Johnny Von Dunaway has consented to disbarment because he cannot successfully
defend himself against the charges alleged in Board File Nos. 36586-2-PS, which are
pending against him. It is conceded that Johnny Von Dunaway has violated Rule 8.4 of
the Rules of Professional Conduct.
It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that:
1.
Johnny Von Dunaway is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in
Tennessee.
2.
This Order of Enforcement shall be a matter of public record.
3.
The affidavit filed by Johnny Von Dunaway shall not be publicly disclosed
or made available for use in any other proceeding except upon further
Order of this Court.
4.
Johnny Von Dunaway shall comply in all aspects with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9,
§§ 18 and 19 regarding the responsibilities and obligations of disbarred
attorneys and the procedures for reinstatement.
5.
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.5, this Order shall be effective ten
(10) days after the date of entry.
6.
The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
disbarment to be published in accordance with Term. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.10.
