Suspended for two and one-half (2-1/2) years by order entered April 28, 1995, retroactive to
September 27, 1994, the date his law license was temporarily suspended. He misappropriate
trust funds from two estates in excess of $100,000. He had also been convicted in Knox County
Criminal Court of a smaller theft of escrow funds. He must make full restitution to the estates
and satisfactorily completed his probation prior to reinstatement.
