law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, the

Board'of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on September 10,

Ms. Ford made payments of law firm expenses from her trust account. -Ms Ford did not

By the aforerfientioned facts, Elizabeth G. Ford has violated Rules 'of Professional

Conduct RPC 1.15 (safekeeping property) and is, hereby, Publicly Censured for this 'violation.
