Suspended for one (1) year by order entered June 22, 1983. He settled a personal injury claim on
behalf of his client and withheld funds to pay the client's medical expenses. His check for the
medical expenses was dishonored due to insufficient funds. The hearing panel found he
commingled client funds with his personal funds and used client funds for his own personal
needs. He was also found to have neglected another legal matter involving an estate.
