The above complaint was ï¬led against Martha Jane Durocher, an attorncy licansed to

practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of miscunduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9,

the Board of meessional Respnnsibility considered these matters at its meeting on December 6,

2013.

On July 18, 2012, Respondent discharged a Weapon in public. Respondent entered n

guilty plea to the Class A nusdemeanor of reckless endangement and the Class C misdemeanor

of unlawful possession of a weapon.
