LAWYER SUSPENDED BY SUPREME COURT
By Order of the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered November 21, 2007, Damon Jarrid Lee, an
attorney, was suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Section 14 of Rule 9 of the Rules of the Supreme
Court of Tennessee, pending further orders of the Court. Mr. Leeâs suspension resulted from his conviction on
September 26, 2007, in the Criminal Court of Bradley County, Tennessee, of Forgery under $1,000.00 and
Forgery over $10,000.00 and under $60,000.00, a felony, in violation of TCA 39-14-114. The Court further
ordered that a formal disciplinary proceeding be instituted in which the sole issue to be determined will be the
extent of final discipline. Mr. Lee will remain suspended pending resolution of that formal proceeding.
