Disbarred by order entered January 21, 1997. He filed bankruptcy for four (4) separate clients
and abandoned the clients after receiving payment. He demonstrated a pattern of neglect and
failure to communicate with clients; and failed to refund any unearned fees. The clients were
prejudiced by his conduct. He failed to respond to disciplinary complaints. A default judgment
was entered by the hearing panel.
