MADISON COUNTY ATTORNEY PLACED ON DISABILITY

On November 15, 2004, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order transferring the
law license of Michael B. McWherter, of Jackson, Tennessee, to disability inactive status.
Section 21, Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court, provides that if a lawyer is so incapacitated he
cannot adequately practice law, his law license may be transferred to disability inactive status.
In this case, Mr. McWherter agreed to the transfer.
