Suspended for one (1) year by order entered May 10, 1983. The petition filed by the Board
alleged that he accepted two cases and allowed the statute of limitations to run out on one, and
failed to bring an action to remove a contractor's lien on the other. He submitted a Conditional
Guilty Plea to the charges.
