Public censure on June 1, 1987. He was found guilty of contempt for failure to file a brief in a
criminal case. The fine and sentence were suspended on the condition that he refrain from
similar conduct. Fifteen months later he was again found guilty of failure to file briefs in two
separate criminal cases. The Court of Criminal Appeals revoked the prior suspension and
imposed additional fines and sentences for the two new cases.
