Suspended for one (1) years by order entered April 6, 1988. He represented a client, collected a
settlement on her behalf and agreed to reimburse her medical providers for medical services.
However, he failed to pay the providers the amounts owed ($15,470.31 and $13,130.81), despite
frequent requests over a 6 month period. Instead, he converted to his personal use the monies he
held in trust for these providers. He did reimburse the providers all monies owed.
