ORDER TRANSFERRING ATTORNEY TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

This matter is before the Court upon a petition filed by the Tennessee Board of
Professional Responsibility to transfer Arun Rattan to disability inactive status pursuant
to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9 § 27.3 (2014) 1, or, in the alternative, to temporarily suspend Arun
