ORDER
Upon due consideration of the motion of Kevin Williams Teets Jr. asking this Court
to set aside its October 13, 2021 order suspending him from the practice of law for one
year, and upon the response in opposition to that motion of the Board of Professional
Responsibility, the motion is DENIED.
