Disbarred by order entered January 21, 1988. He had collected over $10,000 on certain accounts
for his client, a licensed collection agency, beginning in 1981. At a meeting with his client in
1986, the client discovered that he had failed to remit the collected funds. He signed a letter of
agreement from his client stating that he would remit $7,211.32 to the client immediately;
however, he never remitted any money to his client. As a result of his disbarment in Tennessee,
reciprocal disbarment in Mississippi was entered by order March 9, 1988.
