Suspended for one (1) year by order entered April 2, 1993. He neglected a legal matter, failed to
communicate with his clients, and deceived his clients about the status of their matter. In
another matter, he failed and refused to communicate with his client or to return the client's
documents after he was discharged as attorney. He further failed to respond to inquiries from the
Board.
