Suspended for nine (9) months by order entered March 12, 1997, retroactive to December 15,
1996. He created documents and/or pleadings bearing copied signature of an attorney, judge,
individuals and/or court file stamps which, while not filed with any court, were presented to a
third party to evidence Gouger's supposed pending divorce. Gouger self-reported his actions to
the Board.
