Disbarred by order entered April 4, 1985. He prepared a forged and fraudulent divorce decree
and delivered it to his client when, in fact, he had failed to file the divorce suit on behalf of his
client. In another matter, he misappropriated approximately $15,500 of estate funds entrusted to
him for his own use, making restitution when the misappropriation was discovered.
