The above complaint was filed against Robert Sadler Bailey, Jr., #011230, an attorney

licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup.

Ct. R. 9, the Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on

September 9, 2022.

In his representation of a client, Mr. Bailey failed to hold disputed funds in his trust account

until the dispute had been resolved.
