Suspended for two (2) months by order entered October 2, 1998, to be served during February
and March 1999. In an order entered November 8, 1995, the Court found that Lufkin
"unreasonably and vexatiously" multiplied the proceedings in an adversary hearing, and that he
also lacked civility and professionalism. In another matter, a Chancellor in a McMinn County
case felt that Lufkin threatened him and intimidated him in a letter which was written by Lufkin
to the Court in December 1995.
