TENNESSEE LAWYER TRANSFERRED TO ACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 21, 2022, the law license of James William
West, f/k/a David Martin Macaione, was transferred from disability inactive status to active status pursuant to
Section 27.7 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9.
On July 29, 2022, Mr. West was placed on disability inactive status. Mr. West filed a Petition for
Transfer to Active Status on October 18, 2022, demonstrating he no longer suffered from a disability. By Order
of the Tennessee Supreme Court, Mr. West is immediately eligible to resume the active practice of law in the
State of Tennessee.
