Suspended for five (5) years by order entered February 21, 1979. He was not diligent in
undertaking to represent clients, did not disclose his failure to act, misrepresented to said clients
his inaction and misled them to believe their affairs were receiving prompt and proper attention.
He had been suspended on June 6, 1977 by the Chancery Court for Hamilton County for similar
instances of misconduct.
