CLARKSVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED

On March 5, 2002, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order reinstating the law
license of Theodore B. Hay III.

On February 8, 2001, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order temporarily
suspending the law license of Mr. Hay for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct and
thereby posing a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public. On approximately
February 14, 2002, Mr. Hay filed a Petition to Set Aside Suspension. On February 25, 2002, a
hearing panel heard Mr. Hay’s petition and having found that Mr. Hay had since responded to
the complaint, recommended that Mr. Hay be reinstated to the practice of law in the State of
Tennessee. The Supreme Court of Tennessee ordered the reinstatement of Mr. Hay’s law
license by order filed March 5, 2002.
