ORDER
On November 13, 2014, the Court entered an Order of Temporary Suspension
suspending Venita Marie Martin pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, ยง 12.3, due to Ms.
Martin's failure to respond to a complaint of misconduct. On December 11, 2014, Ms.
Martin filed a Petition for Reinstatement from Temporary Suspension.
On December 29, 2014, and January 8, 2015, a hearing was conducted before a
three-member Hearing Panel of the Board of Professional Responsibility. On January 12,
2015, the Hearing Panel entered its Report and Recommendation that Ms. Martin's
temporary suspension be dissolved. A copy of the Report and Recommendation is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED
DECREED BY THE COURT:
AND
1.
The temporary suspension imposed on Venita Marie Martin by Order of
Temporary Suspension filed November 13, 2014, shall be dissolved.
5.
Ms. Martin shall reimburse and pay to the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses incurred herein in the amount of $304.50, within
ninety(90) days, for all of which execution shall issue, if necessary.
