Suspended for six (6) months, and an indefinite period, by order entered April 22, 1980. He
failed to deliver settlement proceeds of $1,226.70 to his client. In another matter, he failed to
deliver the file to a client after being discharged for neglecting the matter. The additional
indefinite suspension is conditioned upon his making full restitution of the settlement proceeds;
delivering the file; and accounting for all monies advanced.
