Suspended for one (1) year by order entered November 8, 1994, with all time suspended except
for thirty (30) days and the remainder spent on probation, conditioned upon him complying with
certain conditions. He submitted a Conditional Guilty Plea to the charges alleged in the petitions
for discipline filed by the Board. The suspension resulted from a failure to communicate which
occurred during a time when his practice was rapidly expanding, while he was experiencing
substantial staff changes and making a change in the location of his practice.
