The above complaints were ï¬led against Ronald Andre Stewart, #23042, an attorney
licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Term. Sup.
Ct. Re 9, the Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on June
10, 2016.
In the ï¬rst complaint, Mr. Stewart represented a client in a divorce. Mr. Stewart
umeasonably delayed in taking action requested by his client. In the second complaint, Mr. Stewart
represented a client in ï¬ling a medical malpractice lawsuit. Mr. Stewart failed to appear at a motien
to dismiss, which led to the dismissal of two of the four defendants with prejudice. Mr. Stewart
ï¬led a nonsuit with regard to the remaining two defendants while another motion to dismiss
