Public censure on July 25, 1996. In his representation of an estate, he commingled funds of the
estate with his own. All assets of the estate were properly distributed by Kite. In another matter,
he failed to file a suit on behalf of a client as he had agreed and did not respond to the client's
inquiries. He subsequently admitted his conduct and took corrective action.
