Suspended for five (5) years by order entered September 15, 1999. He neglected his
representation of one client by failing to adequately communicate with her. In a U.S. District
Court case, he failed to timely respond to discovery; did not appear in court relative to his failure
to respond until he was called by the Magistrate; and threatened opposing counsel after the
hearing had adjourned. In a third matter which he had previously been censured for, he
continued to fail to pay the $25,000 owed to the former client.
