Suspended for one (1) year, plus an indefinite suspension, by order entered January 9, 1998. He
was retained to represent two clients for traffic offenses and advised both clients that they did not
need to appear in court as he would handle it; however, he did not appear in court and did not file
a continuance. Both clients received default judgments against them and Love did not correct
the situation or refund the clients their already advanced fees.
