ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7, upon a
Petition for Reinstatement Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, Section 27.7, filed on December
8, 2020, by the Petitioner, Angela Kay Washington. Ms. Washingtonâs law license was
transferred to disability inactive status by Order of this Court on June 12, 2020. The Board
of Professional Responsibilityâs Response to the Petition for Reinstatement of Law License
was filed noting no objection to the Petition for Reinstatement.
From all of which the Court grants the Petition for Reinstatement.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
BY THE COURT THAT:
1. The Petitioner, Angela Kay Washington, is hereby reinstated to the practice
of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(b).
2. Ms. Washington shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
