WILLIAMSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered November 7, 2024, Jason Scott Mangrum was
reinstated to the active practice of law.
On October 4, 2024, Mr. Mangrum was suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee for a period of
six (6) months with thirty (30) days active suspension. Mr. Mangrum filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the
practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c), on October 28, 2024. The Board
found the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court. Mr. Mangrumâs
reinstatement to the active practice of law and grant of probation is conditioned upon his continuing compliance
with, and timely satisfaction of, the conditions set forth in the Order of Enforcement entered October 4, 2024.
