Suspended for six (6) months on February 18, 2000 and will remain on probation for five (5)
months and twenty-nine (29) days following the conclusion of the suspension period. He
maintained inadequate accounting procedures relative to his trust account including, taking funds
out of the trust account with no billing procedures; paying bills for one client's estate using funds
from a different client's estate; improper payment to himself prior to court approval and the
payment of all creditors' claims; and maintaining inadequate records relative to trust accounting.
