PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was filed against Quenton White. an attorney licensed to practice

law in Tolmessee, alleging certain sols of misconduct. VPursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct, R. 9, the

Board of Professional Rosponsibllily considered 111686 matters at its meeting on December 14,

2012.

On August 8, 2012, Mr. Willite’s license to practice law was suspended for IOLTA

noncompliance and failure to pay the annual registration fee. Mr. White continued to practice

law while suspended and continued to hold himself out as a practicing attorney on his Website.

Mr. White’s law license was returned to active status on September 13, 2012.

By the aforementioned acts, Mr. White has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 5.5

(unauthorized prootioe of law) and is hereby Publicly Censored for this violation.
