ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
On November 26, 2014, the Court entered an Order of Temporary Suspension
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, ยง 4.31, suspending the law license of Gary N. Lovellette.
due to Mr. Lovellette's failure to respond to the Board of Professional Responsibility
concerning a complaint of misconduct. On January 6, 2015, Mr. Lovellette filed a
Petition to Dissolve Temporary Suspension. On January 13, 2015, the Board of
Professional Responsibility filed a Response to Petition to Dissolve Temporary
Suspension. On January 20, 2015, a hearing was conducted before a three-member
Hearing Panel of the Board of Professional Responsibility.
On January 22, 2015, the Hearing Panel entered its Report and Recommendation
that Mr. Lovellette's temporary suspension be dissolved. A copy of the Report and
Recommendation of the Hearing Panel is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:
1. The temporary suspension imposed on Gary N. Lovellette, Jr., by Order of
Temporary Suspension filed November 26, 2014, shall be dissolved.
2. Mr. Lovellette shall reimburse and pay to the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $379.47, within
ninety (90) days, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all
of which execution shall issue, if necessary.
PER CURIAM
Because this case was initiated prior to January I, 2014, it is governed by Tenn. Sup. Ct R. 9(2006).
