ORDER TRANSFERRING ATTORNEY T0 DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
This matter is before the Court upon the Petition to Transfer Attorney John E.
Aeuff, to disability inactive status pursuant to Tenn Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 21.2;
Upon due consideration of medical documentation submitted by Nile Remeing,
NP... the Court concludes that John E. Aeuff is currently incapacitated from continuing
the practice of iaw.
it is, therefore, ordered, adjudged, and deereed by the Court that:
1. The law license of John E. Acuff shall be transferred to disabiiity inactive
status nune pro tune to May 21, 2012, for an indeï¬nite period of time and until further
orders of this Court
2. Mr. Aeuff shall be ailowed to petition for reinstatement to active status
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 21.62
3â The Board shall publish notice of this transfer pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R.
9, §§ 21.4 and 21.5.
4. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 25.2, documents other than this Order
relating to Mr. Aeufiâs disability proceeding shall not be public records and shalt be kept
conï¬denï¬ai
5. Costs are taxed to John E. Aeuff.
