Suspended for one (1) year by order entered August 1, 1987 in exchange for his plea of guilty to
four separate complaints. In one case, after he decided not to file suit for his clients, he failed to
inform them that they needed to obtain another attorney and file suit before their time limit
expired. In another case, he failed to file a motion for a new trial or to appear at his client's
sentencing hearing. In the other two cases, he took virtually no action on behalf of his clients
and failed to adequately communicate with them.
