BRADLEY COUNTY LAWYER DISBARRED
On June 24, 2011, Damon Jarrid Lee was disbarred by Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court. The
disbarment shall be retroactive to September 26, 2007, which is the date of Mr. Leeâs conviction of the serious

The Tennessee Supreme Court initially suspended Mr. Lee on November 21, 2007, pursuant to Section

institute a formal proceeding to determine the extent of final discipline to be imposed as a result of his
conviction for the serious crimes of forgery. The Board filed a Petition for Final Discipline on December 4,
2007. On March 16, 2011, Mr. Lee entered into a Conditional Guilty Plea accepting disbarment.
Mr. Leeâs actions violate the following Rules of Professional Conduct: 8.4, Misconduct.
Mr. Lee is also currently suspended from the practice of law in Tennessee for failure to comply with
continuing legal education requirements and for failure to pay the professional privilege tax.
Mr. Lee must comply with Sections 18 and 19 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9 regarding the
obligations and responsibilities of disbarred attorneys. He must pay the Boardâs costs and expenses prior to
