Suspended for one (1) year beginning February 27, 1998. He submitted a conditional guilty plea
to the Board on charges of sexually inappropriate conduct toward co-workers and clients; failure
to maintain trust account records; neglect of clients' cases; and failure to communicate with
clients. His suspension was coupled with the requirement that he reimburse his clients in a
specific complaint $5,000 each.
