Suspended for five (5) years by order entered April 26, 2000. He admitted his guilt in neglecting
client matters, failing to communicate with his clients, and lying to clients about the status of
their cases. He was required to make restitution to any client with a valid claim or judgment as a
result of his misconduct as a condition precedent to reinstatement.
