DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS OF WEAKLEY COUNTY LAWYER REMOVED;
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION REMAINS IN EFFECT
On November 25, 2009, the Supreme Court entered an Order transferring Mr. Crowe to disability
inactive status and staying his temporary suspension. On November 17, 2010, the Tennessee Supreme
Court issued an Order removing the disability inactive status of Kyle Eric Crowe.
Although the disability inactive status has been removed, Mr. Crowe remains temporarily
suspended for misappropriation of funds. This suspension remains in effect until dissolution or
modification by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
