Public censure on May 25, 1989. He failed to communicate adequately with his clients and had
been unduly delinquent in returning their file. He had been replaced as counsel in late 1980 and
finally, after numerous requests, delivered the file on September 30, 1987. In another matter, he
received monies from a client to hold in trust; failed to timely distribute these monies;
commingled personal funds with his trust funds; and failed to appear at the hearing in this matter.
