Suspended for thirty (30) days by order entered January 31, 2000, from December 10, 1999 and
ending January 10, 2000 with a probationary period of one (1) year to follow the suspension.
The petition for discipline alleged that Hyman had grabbed the arm of an Assistant District
Attorney and blocked her entrance to the courtroom. Hyman, through counsel, submitted a
conditional guilty plea.
