JUDGMENT
This case was heard upon the record of appeal from the Montgomery County
Chancery Court, briefs and argument of counsel; and upon consideration thereof, this
Court is of the opinion that the judgment of the trial court that Fletcher Whaley Long
receive a public censure is affirmed.
In accordance with the opinion filed therein, it is, therefore, ordered and
adjudged that the judgment of the Montgomery County Chancery Court is affirmed.
It is further ordered that, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, ยง 24.3, Fletcher
Whaley Long shall pay to the Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and
costs of this matter and, in addition, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs
herein, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
