FORMER KNOXVILLE ATTORNEY TRANSFERRED
TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

On September 24, 2003, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order transferring
Clinton E. Hagaman, formerly of Knoxville, Tennessee, to disability inactive status. Mr.
Hagaman and the Board of Professional Responsibility entered the Agreed Order
transferring Mr. Hagaman to disability inactive status. Mr. Hagaman will remain on
disability inactive status until such time as the Court adjudges that his disability has
been removed.
