KNOXVILLE LAWYER SUSPENDED
On February 18, 2009 the Tennessee Supreme Court lifted the seal on a November 13, 2007 order in
which the Court had suspended Thomas F. DiLustro of Knoxville, Tennessee, for thirty (30) days. The
Supreme Court further ordered that DiLustro shall remain compliant with his two (2) year Monitoring
Agreement with Tennessee Lawyerâs Assistance Program (TLAP).
On October 12, 2008, the Board of Professional Responsibility had filed a Petition for Discipline against
Mr. DiLustro pursuant to Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Mr. DiLustro entered a
Conditional Guilty Plea which was accepted and approved by the Hearing Panel, the Board of Professional
Responsibility and the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. DiLustroâs actions violated the Rules of Professional
Conduct.
